Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK), bekannt f\u00fcr die 18 Jahre in Folge erfolgreiche Produktion der beliebtesten Limousine der USA, des Camry, hat diese Woche mit der ersten 2020 RAV4 Hybrid, die vom Band lief, Amerikas beliebtesten SUV in sein Produktionsprogramm aufgenommen.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2019 verzeichnete der RAV4 Hybrid sein bestes Verkaufsjahr aller Zeiten mit einem Plus von 92,3 Prozent und trug dazu bei, dass der RAV4 zum meistverkauften SUV in einem Kalenderjahr wurde. Mit der Aufnahme des RAV4 Hybrid in sein Produktionsprogramm fertigt TMMK nun vier elektrifizierte Fahrzeuge, darunter den Avalon Hybrid, den Camry Hybrid und den Lexus ES 300h.<\/p>\n

Bis 2025 will Toyota weltweit f\u00fcr alle Toyota- und Lexus-Modelle eine elektrifizierte Option (Hybrid, Plug-in, Brennstoffzelle, Batterie) anbieten. Derzeit verkauft Toyota mehr Fahrzeuge mit alternativen Antrieben als der Rest der Branche zusammen, wobei die Verk\u00e4ufe in den USA rund 13 Prozent des Volumens ausmachen.<\/p>\n
