Volvo Car AB y Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (Hong Kong 0175) est\u00e1n estudiando la posibilidad de combinar sus negocios para crear un grupo mundial fuerte, lo que acelerar\u00eda las sinergias financieras y tecnol\u00f3gicas entre ambas empresas. Se tratar\u00eda de una combinaci\u00f3n entre dos empresas fuertes.<\/p>\n

La combinaci\u00f3n considerada tendr\u00eda la escala, el conocimiento y los recursos para ser l\u00edder en la transformaci\u00f3n en curso de la industria del autom\u00f3vil. La combinaci\u00f3n preservar\u00eda la identidad distintiva de cada una de las marcas Volvo, Geely, Lynk & Co y Polestar.<\/p>\n

Una empresa combinada tendr\u00eda acceso al mercado mundial de capitales a trav\u00e9s de Hong Kong y con la intenci\u00f3n de cotizar posteriormente tambi\u00e9n en Estocolmo.<\/p>\n

Volvo Cars y Geely crear\u00e1n un grupo de trabajo conjunto para preparar una propuesta a sus respectivos consejos de administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
