Ltd.\" Pour la marque Smart<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mercedes-Benz et Geely Holding \u00e9tablissent officiellement la marque smart en tant qu'entreprise commune mondiale<\/li>\n<li>Capital social total de la coentreprise de 5,4 milliards de RMB pour d\u00e9velopper la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques intelligents haut de gamme.<\/li>\n<li>Lancement de la premi\u00e8re gamme de produits purement \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 partir de 2022<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mercedes-Benz AG (Mercedes-Benz) et Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (Geely Holding), les groupes automobiles allemand et chinois, ont annonc\u00e9 aujourd'hui qu'ils avaient officiellement cr\u00e9\u00e9 la coentreprise mondiale \"smart Automobile Co, Ltd\" pour la marque smart, apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u les autorisations r\u00e9glementaires.<\/p>\n<p>Le capital social total de la coentreprise s'\u00e9l\u00e8vera \u00e0 5,4 milliards de RMB afin de faire de smart un acteur de premier plan dans le domaine des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9s haut de gamme et intelligents. Les deux parties contribueront \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales \u00e0 hauteur de 2,7 milliards de RMB, la part de Mercedes-Benz AG \u00e9tant principalement couverte par l'apport de la marque smart. Le si\u00e8ge mondial de la nouvelle entreprise commune a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli \u00e0 Hangzhou Bay, Ningbo, avec des fonctions de vente op\u00e9rationnelles bas\u00e9es en Chine et en Allemagne.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de v\u00e9hicules smart sera con\u00e7ue par le r\u00e9seau mondial de design Mercedes-Benz et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau mondial d'ing\u00e9nierie Geely. La production future sera localis\u00e9e en Chine.
