Essa seria uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o entre duas empresas fortes.<\/p>\n

A combina\u00e7\u00e3o considerada teria a escala, o conhecimento e os recursos para ser um l\u00edder na transforma\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua do setor automotivo. A combina\u00e7\u00e3o preservaria a identidade distinta de cada uma das marcas Volvo, Geely, Lynk & Co e Polestar.<\/p>\n

Uma empresa combinada teria acesso ao mercado de capitais global por meio de Hong Kong e com a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de posteriormente ser listada tamb\u00e9m em Estocolmo.<\/p>\n

A Volvo Cars e a Geely criar\u00e3o um grupo de trabalho conjunto para preparar uma proposta para suas respectivas diretorias.<\/p>\n
