O chassi do 21C \u00e9 formado por estruturas multimateriais de liga leve de alto desempenho e fibra de carbono. Projetado, impresso e montado por computador, o chassi abriga um forte trem de for\u00e7a h\u00edbrido projetado internamente que aciona as quatro rodas. Atingindo uma verdadeira rela\u00e7\u00e3o peso\/pot\u00eancia de 1:1, um V8 de manivela plana de 2,88 litros com turbos duplos localizados no meio do ve\u00edculo e um motor el\u00e9trico atribu\u00eddo a cada roda dianteira impulsionam o 21C para um quarto de milha de 8,1 segundos, 0-62 mph (0-100 kph) em 1,9 segundos, 0 a 186 mph (300 kph) a 0 em 15 segundos e 0 a 248 mph (400 kph) a 0 em 29 segundos. Com 329 hp (324bhp) por litro, as prioridades da Czinger s\u00e3o claras: maximizar a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre pot\u00eancia e peso e a efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>Dois motores de tra\u00e7\u00e3o dianteiros cont\u00ednuos e um gerador e motor de arranque combinados acionados por manivela (para garantir que a energia das baterias de titanato de l\u00edtio esteja prontamente
