Detta ramverk \u00e4r den f\u00f6rsta byggstenen f\u00f6r tillverkare som siktar p\u00e5 att utveckla sm\u00e5 VTOL-flygplan enligt europeiska certifieringsstandarder.<\/p>\n<p>Idag.., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainonline.com\/aviation-news\/general-aviation\/2019-03-07\/industry-leaders-evaluate-evtol-revolution\">mer \u00e4n 150 eVTOL-koncept<\/a>- som leds av tillverkare som str\u00e4cker sig fr\u00e5n stora branschakt\u00f6rer till nystartade f\u00f6retag - \u00e4r f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande under utveckling. Och de tekniska framstegen har varit s\u00e5 lovande - och snabba - att den framv\u00e4xande branschen f\u00f6r luftburen mobilitet i st\u00e4der f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas n\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reportsanddata.com\/report-detail\/urban-air-mobility-market\">ett marknadsv\u00e4rde p\u00e5 $7,9 miljarder \u00e5r 2030<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Den snabba tillv\u00e4xten av denna nya klass av luftfarkoster medf\u00f6r dock ett antal allvarliga regleringsm\u00e4ssiga utmaningar. I juli 2019 kommer EASA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easa.europa.eu\/newsroom-and-events\/press-releases\/first-building-block-enable-safe-vtol-operation-and-new-air\">publicerat ett \"s\u00e4rskilt villkor\"<\/a> f\u00f6r drift av sm\u00e5 VTOL-flygplan. Mer \u00e4n 1 000 f\u00f6retag och individer, inklusive Airbus, l\u00e4mnade sina synpunkter p\u00e5 standarderna f\u00f6r certifiering av sm\u00e5 VTOL-flygplan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.easa.europa.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/dfu\/SC-VTOL-01%20CRD.pdf\">\u00c5terkopplingen omfattade en rad olika \u00e4mnen<\/a>Airbus beg\u00e4rde att man skulle inkludera en tydligare distinktion mellan nya former av VTOL-flygplan och konventionella rotor- eller fasta flygplan, inklusive cybers\u00e4kerhet, distinktionen mellan olika former av framdrivningssystem och reglerna f\u00f6r autonoma och fj\u00e4rrstyrda styrsystem f\u00f6r flygplan. Airbus beg\u00e4rde att man skulle inf\u00f6ra en tydligare distinktion mellan nya former av VTOL-flygplan och konventionella luftfartyg med rotor (eller fasta vingar).<\/p>\n<p>Airbus f\u00f6rslag - som tillhandah\u00e5lls av <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbus.com\/innovation\/urban-air-mobility.html\">Airbus Urban Mobility<\/a> accepterades delvis av EASA, som gick med p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rtydliga skillnaden genom att fokusera p\u00e5 sm\u00e5 VTOL-flygplan med distribuerad framdrivning snarare \u00e4n flygplan med f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att utf\u00f6ra en autorotation eller kontrollerad glidning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Undvik \"vilda v\u00e4stern\" inom eVTOL-operationer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EASA \u00e4r ett av m\u00e5nga certifieringsorgan f\u00f6r luftv\u00e4rdighet som tar upp fr\u00e5gan om eVTOL-operationer. Tidigare under 2019 meddelade Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) <a href=\"https:\/\/uavcoach.com\/caac-uav-airworthiness-certification\/\">publicerade sin egen v\u00e4gledning<\/a> om luftv\u00e4rdighetscertifiering av obemannade flygfarkoster efter samr\u00e5d med fem kinesiska VTOL-tillverkare, d\u00e4ribland EHang. CAAC planerar att f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4lla ett ramverk i slutet av \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p>I USA arbetar Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att se till att eVTOL-flygplan tas i bruk med r\u00e4tt s\u00e4kerhetslagstiftning p\u00e5 plats. I april 2019 kommer FAA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vox.com\/2019\/4\/24\/18514295\/google-wing-aviation-alphabet-drone-faa\">utf\u00e4rdade sitt f\u00f6rsta luftv\u00e4rdighetsgodk\u00e4nnande<\/a> f\u00f6r leveranser med obemannade dr\u00f6nare till Wing, som \u00e4gs av Googles moderbolag Alphabet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dronelife.com\/2019\/06\/18\/faas-elwell-at-the-uber-elevate-summit-on-urban-air-mobility-we-either-evolve-or-we-get-left-behind\/\">Talade vid ett evenemang i juni<\/a>Den
