F\u00f6reg\u00e5ngaren Maybach-Motorenbau GmbH var det f\u00f6rsta f\u00f6retaget i Bodensee- och Oberschwabenomr\u00e5det som 1919 inr\u00e4ttade en permanent utbildningsverkstad med en egen fabriksskola. Sedan dess har cirka 8 000 unga m\u00e4nniskor b\u00f6rjat sin karri\u00e4r med MTU:s l\u00e4rlingsutbildning.<\/p>\n<p>Totalt utbildar Rolls-Royces Power Systems-division m\u00e4nniskor inom 13 industriella och kommersiella discipliner och fem sandwichkurser. F\u00f6rutom de s\u00e4rskilt popul\u00e4ra l\u00e4rlingsutbildningarna inom industriell mekanik och mekatronik p\u00e5b\u00f6rjade i \u00e5r de f\u00f6rsta l\u00e4rlingarna och studenterna sin utbildning inom datavetenskap.
