Syftet med anl\u00e4ggningen i M\u00fcnchen \u00e4r att utveckla battericellstekniken och noggrant analysera produktionsprocesserna. \"Det nya Battery Cell Competence Centre ger oss en avundsv\u00e4rd position\", s\u00e4ger Oliver Zipse, styrelseordf\u00f6rande f\u00f6r BMW AG. \"Med utg\u00e5ngspunkt i den teknik som f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande anv\u00e4nds i BMW i3 kommer vi fram till 2030 att kunna f\u00f6rdubbla energit\u00e4theten i v\u00e5ra battericeller - och d\u00e4rmed ocks\u00e5 r\u00e4ckvidden f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra kunders fordon.\"<\/p>\n<p>BMW Group presenterade idag sitt nya h\u00f6gteknologiska kompetenscenter f\u00f6r medierepresentanter fr\u00e5n hela v\u00e4rlden i n\u00e4rvaro av Bayerns delstatspremi\u00e4rminister Dr Markus S\u00f6der, och visade upp toppmoderna laboratorier, forskningsanl\u00e4ggningar och prototypsystem.<\/p>\n<p>Och Zipse fortsatte: \"Battericellstekniken \u00e4r en viktig framg\u00e5ngsfaktor i v\u00e5r offensiv f\u00f6r elfordon, eftersom den p\u00e5verkar b\u00e5de driftsprestanda och batterikostnader. V\u00e5r o\u00f6vertr\u00e4ffade expertis genom hela v\u00e4rdekedjan s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att vi alltid ligger i teknikens framkant. Vi kan specificera exakt vilka format vi vill upphandla, liksom vilka material och f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden som ska g\u00e4lla. Som ett resultat av detta \u00e4r vi idealiskt positionerade f\u00f6r att driva utrullningen av v\u00e5ra elektrifierade fordon fram\u00e5t.\"<\/p>\n<p>Det nya kompetenscentret kartl\u00e4gger hela v\u00e4rdekedjan inom battericellsteknik - fr\u00e5n forskning och utveckling till cellens sammans\u00e4ttning och design samt dess l\u00e4mplighet f\u00f6r storskalig tillverkning. Anl\u00e4ggningen samlar hela bredden av f\u00f6retagets expertis och l\u00e4gger grunden f\u00f6r att bygga vidare p\u00e5 den. De korta avst\u00e5nden och tv\u00e4rfunktionella samarbeten som sker h\u00e4r m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r en komplett, transparent och h\u00e5llbar utveckling av battericeller. H\u00e4r \u00e4r det viktigt att fr\u00e5gan om \u00e5tervinning beaktas redan fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan.<\/p>\n<p>BMW Group investerar totalt 200 miljoner euro i kompetenscentret och har 200 anst\u00e4llda h\u00e4r. Med denna investering g\u00f6r f\u00f6retaget ett uttalande tekniskt men skyddar ocks\u00e5 jobb och nyckelkompetenser. F\u00f6retaget arbetar tillsammans med sina anst\u00e4llda f\u00f6r att definiera framtiden f\u00f6r elektrisk mobilitet inom BMW Group. \"Det gemensamma f\u00f6retagsr\u00e5det har varit engagerat i cellutveckling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BMW Group utvecklar framtida generationer av battericeller vid det nya kompetenscentret, med fokus p\u00e5 kundrelevanta aspekter som f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad energit\u00e4thet, tillg\u00e4nglig toppeffekt, livsl\u00e4ngd, s\u00e4kerhet, laddningsegenskaper och prestanda vid varierande temperaturer samt minskade batterikostnader. BMW Groups m\u00e5l att utveckla de b\u00e4sta battericellerna f\u00f6r sina modeller formulerades med dessa specifikationer i fokus, vilket \u00e5terspeglar f\u00f6retagets \u00e5tagande att ge \u00e4gare av elektrifierade fordon de allra b\u00e4sta cellerna f\u00f6r det aktuella fordonskonceptet.<\/p>\n<p>Att v\u00e4lja r\u00e4tt material fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att dessa h\u00f6ga krav ska kunna uppfyllas.
